Our two-week journey takes us through the most fascinating landscapes of central Chile: from the impressive mountain passes of the Andes, through renowned wine regions, to the Pacific coast. Legendary climbs such as Farellones, Portillo, and the Cajón del Maipo meet tranquil coastal roads, excellent cuisine, and Chile’s warm hospitality. Upon arrival, we’ll be greeted by our local team and driven to our cozy hotel. There, we’ll gather for a hearty meal together and an official welcome to get us in the mood for the adventures ahead.

Bike Setup & Warm-Up Ride (approx. 50 Km / 235 hm)
Once all the bikes are adjusted, we’ll set out on a short, mostly flat warm-up ride from the hotel to a beautiful residential neighborhood in eastern Santiago—right at the foot of the Andes.

Santiago de Chile – Farellones (approx. 63 Km / 1,750 Hm)
Today we’ll tackle one of the most famous road bike tours around Santiago. The varied mountain road takes us 35 Km up to the Andean village of Farellones, accompanied by spectacular views of the Andean peaks and, with a bit of luck, even majestic condors. Once at the top, we’ll enjoy a well-deserved break at a traditional restaurant before taking in the mountain scenery.

Lo Prado – Casablanca (approx. 104 Km / 1,000 Hm)
The day begins with a short transfer out of the city. We’ll then hop on our bikes and set off for one of the country’s most important wine-growing regions. Two major climbs await us, offering beautiful views of the countryside. Our final destination is the “Casas del Bosque” winery. After lunch, we’ll take the bus back for practical reasons...

Santiago de Chile – Los Andes (approx. 104 Km / 1,500 Hm)
Today we’ll enjoy a varied stage with gentle climbs, scenic roads, and long descents. Our destination is the city of Los Andes, where we’ll check into our second hotel, nestled in the fertile Aconcagua Valley and surrounded by the impressive mountain scenery of the Andes.

Rest Day / Los Andes City Tour & Wine Tasting
After four days on the bike, the program includes a short city tour of Los Andes (founded in 1791), as well as a leisurely wine tasting and lunch at a winery in the Aconcagua Valley.

Los Andes – Portillo (approx. 60 Km / 2,100 Hm)
For the second time, we head into the Andes, this time to the Portillo ski resort with its legendary hotel and breathtaking scenery at 2,800 m above sea level. From Los Andes, we’ll ride 60 Km and climb 2,100 meters in elevation to reach the summit. At the hotel, we’ll enjoy (after a well-deserved shower) a delicious lunch with an incredible view of the “Laguna del Inca.” Afterward, we’ll transfer back to the hotel.

Putaendo – Zapallar (approx. 120 Km / 800 Hm)
Today we’ll head from the valleys of the Andes to the Pacific coast. After a roughly 45-minute transfer to Putaendo, we’ll set off on a varied stage through stunning landscapes. On quiet roads, we’ll enjoy wonderful road cycling until we reach the charming coastal town of Zapallar. This exclusive resort is often referred to as the “Chilean Hamptons” and captivates visitors with its golden, crescent-shaped beach, wooded slopes, and stylish villas. We’ll spend the next three nights here, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere right on the Pacific Ocean.

Zapallar – Las Salinas – Zapallar ( 65 Km / 470 Hm)
Today, a varied tour takes us into the hinterland to a quiet beach off the beaten path that’s especially popular with surfers. We’ll ride along the Pacific coast, breathing in the fresh sea air, before winding down the day with a leisurely coffee break on the way back.

Zapallar – Puchuncaví – Maitencillo – Zapallar (approx. 72 Km / 1,500 Hm)
Today we’ll explore the coast south of Zapallar on another varied road bike tour. Riding along the coast, we’ll pass the exclusive resort town of Cachagua on our way to Maitencillo, a charming seaside resort with a relaxed atmosphere.

Today we’ll take the bus back to Santiago de Chile, go on a city tour, and get ready for tomorrow’s grand finale!

Las Vizcachas – Lo Valdés (approx. 65 Km / 1,250 Hm)
To round off our trip, another real highlight awaits us. Southeast of Santiago, the final stage takes us into the impressive Cajón del Maipo—one of Chile’s most beautiful mountain regions. After a transfer to our starting point, we’ll ride along scenic roads from Las Vizcachas to the idyllic mountain village of Lo Valdés, nestled in the spectacular Andean landscape at the foot of the San José volcano. Once we reach the top, there’s time to enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Feeling happy with what we’ve accomplished, we take the bus back to , our hotel in Santiago de Chile. Over dinner together, we look back on the tour and slowly but surely start thinking about packing our bags…

Return Trip: Santiago de Chile – Zurich
We start the day with our last breakfast together and are then taken to the airport by our local crew. After a layover, we continue on to Zurich.

Arrival in Zurich
After the long return trip, we say our goodbyes and set off on our individual journeys home. We’ll be taking home many memories—and perhaps some new friendships formed both on and off the road bike.

If you’d prefer not to bring your own bike, we also offer high-quality road bikes from the premium brand Storck for our domestic cycling tours. Our bikes are equipped with Look, SPD-SL (Road), or SPD (Bike) pedals. Please bring your own pedal systems if you have different ones. If you don’t want to compromise on your usual seating comfort, bring your own saddle.
We’ll make sure the bikes are safely maintained along the way.
