Arrival

Individual arrival in Lugano. Around 6 pm our team will welcome you officially before we will have dinner together.

Lake Lugano and Lombardy: 110Km / 1100Hm

Along the lake we ride vià Melide to Mendrisio. We leave Chiasso and Como on the left and ride on beautiful side roads into Lombardy. In Quadri we discover the beautiful paintings on the houses and shortly before Varese we take the “Il Piccolo Stelvio”, which is always ridden at the autumn classic “Coppa Bernocchi”. But don’t worry, the 1.5 km climb is just right for spring. Via Varese we return to Lake Lugano and in Ponte Tresa we also return to Switzerland. From here it is only a stone’s throw to Lugano.

80 Km / 1080 Hm

This time we go in the other direction along Lake Lugano. In Piano Porlezza we pass through the nature reserve of the same name with a view of Lago di Piano. In Menaggio we enjoy the view of Lago di Como, which we follow until Argegno. Of course we won’t miss the coffee (and maybe a piece of cake) to fortify ourselves for the return trip to Lugano. We arrive in Lugano at about 15.00h to 16.00h and start our individual return journey.
