Kick off the 2027 cycling season with us in Paguera, Mallorca
Mallorca has been one of Europe’s most popular road cycling destinations for years – and for good reason. Perfectly maintained roads, varied landscapes and legendary climbs make the island the ideal place to start the season. Whether it’s leisurely coastal roads or challenging mountain passes – every road cyclist will find something to suit them here. Even those who are already familiar with Mallorca will discover new favourite routes on every trip and enjoy the island’s impressive diversity. Anyone wishing to experience even more of Mallorca can combine this week with our stay in Playa de Palma and look forward to two unforgettable weeks of road cycling.
Paguera
During our stay, we’ll be staying at the comfortable 4-star Hotel Continental Don Antonio in Paguera. This quietly situated hotel is surrounded by Mediterranean pine forests and offers a magnificent panoramic view over the bay. Nestled amidst the beautiful countryside, the hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and three kilometres from the famous Golf de Andratx. Paguera’s promenade is a ten-minute walk away, and La Palma is 25 minutes’ drive away.
The hotel has 151 rooms, a restaurant, two bars, one indoor and two outdoor swimming pools, and a fitness and wellness area. It is the ideal hotel from which to explore the surrounding nature and this charming region.

The area around Paguera in the south-west of Mallorca is an ideal starting point for road cyclists who enjoy varied tours between the coast and the mountains. Flat sections along the coast can be easily combined with more challenging routes inland. Trips to Andratx or Sant Elm are particularly rewarding, where quiet roads and sweeping views characterise the cycling experience. Those looking for a more challenging ride will find winding climbs and longer stages with scenic appeal in the nearby Tramuntana mountains.
In addition to the sporting challenge, there is also plenty of enjoyment to be had. Small villages along the routes invite you to take a break in local cafés, where you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and regional specialities.
With its well-developed infrastructure, mild climate and varied route profiles, the region around Paguera offers ideal conditions for road cyclists – whether for intensive training sessions or relaxed day trips.
Fitness and sports groups, everyone can ride at their own pace. We recommend good training in advance.
Our experienced guides will lead you safely across the island in groups of different sizes and show you the many facets of Mallorca.
We enjoy beautiful kilometres in small groups with occasional gentle climbs, ride through small, romantic villages and stop at lovely cafés. Every day we explore a different part of the island. Solo travellers are warmly welcomed into the group and enjoy a wonderful week of cycling with like-minded people.
The wonderful landscape, great temperatures and excellent network of cycle paths make Mallorca an Eldorado for cyclists. The island is a wonderful place to discover by bike. It’s no surprise that so many cyclists come to the island every year.
